Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for leads and clients—building strong relationships, understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. If you enjoy connecting with people, resolving issues, and helping clients succeed, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Understand customer requirements, provide relevant information about our services / products, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Handle basic client queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet individual and team targets for client engagement, sales, or support metrics.
- Participate in periodic training to improve product knowledge and customer communication.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (business, communications, or hospitality preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Confidence in handling calls and engaging clients in meaningful conversations.Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email software.Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.Preferred :
Prior experience in client servicing, inside sales, telecalling, or support roles.Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.What we offer :
