What skills and experience will you need for this role?

Experience At least

10 years

of IT network related experience.

Education & Certification : Bachelor's degree CCNP holder or equivalent level of knowledge CCIE holder desired

Required : Strong working knowledge in

Firewall, Routing

Switching

domains. Proficiency in network features and protocols including : TCP / IP, ARP,

OSPF, BGP , LACP, VPC, HSRP, IPSEC, VTI, HTTP, TLS. Experience with Cisco firewalls ( ASA / FTD

preferable). Experience with Fortinet product (FortiGate). Experience with Load Balancers (Citrix, F5, KEMP). Experience with Cisco Nexus (3K, 9K) line and Cisco Catalyst line. Strong troubleshooting & documentation skills. Responsible and Self-motivating attitude. High educability and systems thinking. Some travel is required (domestic & international).

What’s the scope of this role?

You will provide Network support to the business by identifying root cause of issues and implement fixes as required for it. You will be required to continuously improve the environment by identifying issues and work with your team or others as needed to implement long-term fixes to permanently address them.

Responsibilities :

Troubleshooting networking issues, analysis of the root causes. Installation, configuration, and support Routers, Switches, Security devices, Application Delivery Controllers of Cisco\Juniper\HPE\Dlink and other vendors. Supporting Audit related requirements. Taking part in customer faced\external projects. Support and development of the network environments for our internal and customer solutions. Create internal and customer facing documentation, including network topology, procedures, instructions, solution diagrams, etc.

Shifts

Rotational Shifts (Morning Shift / Afternoon Shift). 5 Night Shifts / Month.
