We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business expansion in the Non-IT Staffing sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.

Salary : Up to ₹60,000 / month + Incentives + PF + Medical + Allowances
Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing space
Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, networking, and references
Build long-term client relationships and ensure account retention
Coordinate with recruitment / delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
Requirements
Candidate Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Staffing / Recruitment (preferably Non-IT)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of staffing services and hiring models
Self-driven and able to work independently
Must be based in Mumbai and open to work-from-home setup
