About this Role
We’re hiring a Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes campaign performance, platform experimentation, and technical marketing. You’ll be the driving force behind our paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, , YouTube, Reddit, Quora , and more.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage everything from campaign planning, ad copy testing, and platform configurations to advanced event tracking and conversion analysis. If you know how to scale spend efficiently, build full-funnel strategies, and wrangle data pipelines without breaking a sweat—we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Paid Campaigns End-to-End
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, , and other high-intent platforms
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies—from awareness to conversion
- Continuously test creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and ad placements
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboardsManage CAC, ROAS, CTRs, and funnel metrics with laser precisionBuild reports and models to guide channel allocation and GTM strategyTracking & Attribution Mastery
Implement GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Insight Tag, and server-side trackingSolve attribution issues, debug event mismatches, and ensure tracking integrityCollaborate with developers to validate and scale conversion infrastructureWork Cross-Functionally
Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to create high-converting landing pagesFeed insights into messaging, creative iterations, and campaign planningAlign paid experiments with growth loops and onboarding flowsYou’ll Thrive If You Have
4–8 years of hands-on paid ads experience (Google, Meta, , YouTube, Reddit, Quora, etc.)Mastery of Google Ads campaign architecture , bidding strategies, Quality Score optimizationStrong technical understanding of event tracking , GTM configuration , and multi-touch attributionExperience configuring Performance Max , Video Ads , and advanced Search / Display setupsProficiency in GA4 and GTMProven track record managing small to large budgets with measurable CAC / ROAS outcomesExperience working in SaaS, PLG, or no-code platforms (preferred)Nice-to-Haves
