Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artist Manager located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing the career and schedules of artists, developing strategic plans to enhance their visibility and growth, coordinating with external partners and clients, and overseeing day-to-day tasks such as bookings, negotiations, and communications. The Artist Manager will also play a significant role in shaping the artists' public image, ensuring brand alignment, and building long-term relationships within the entertainment industry.

• Experience in talent management, client relations, and strategic planning
• Skills in scheduling, negotiation, and communication
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry, including its trends, networks, and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and execute artist branding and visibility strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in promoting artists on social media platforms and building partnerships
• Relevant experience or education in entertainment management, marketing, or a related field
