Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive store management across all formats, including renovation / upgrading of existing stores and establishment of new retail outlets. Develop and implement Midea brand sales training programs : create structured sales pitch training systems for products and key selling points, conduct training sessions for frontline sales teams and in-store consultants and establish monitoring mechanisms and performance evaluation systems for sales staff Cross-functional collaboration : partner with Product Managers and Channel Managers to execute new product launches.
Qualifications
