Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Chennai. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various music education projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with school administrators and teachers, coordinating with music trainers, organizing training sessions, and ensuring the smooth implementation of our curriculum. Responsibilities also include monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination :
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of the curriculum across assigned schools.Prepare and share weekly / monthly schedules, timetables, and session plans with teachers and school coordinators.Ensure that all sessions follow Rhapsody’s teaching standards and curriculum framework.2. School & Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary point of contact between Rhapsody and partner schools.Maintain strong professional relationships with principals, coordinators, and teachers.Address issues related to scheduling, logistics, teacher deployment, or program delivery promptly.3. Monitoring & Reporting :
Track attendance, teacher performance, student progress, and session completion.Collect and compile data needed for internal reporting and client updates.Support in preparing monthly progress reports, presentations, and documentation.4. Teacher Support & Supervision :
Coordinate teachers on boarding, training, and classroom readiness.Ensure teachers have the required resources, materials, and instruments.Provide on-going guidance and feedback to teachers based on classroom observations.5. Event & Showcase Management :
Plan and organize school showcases, performances, assessments, and competitions.Coordinate rehearsals, logistics, parent communication (where required), and event materials.Ensure events maintain Rhapsody's artistic and quality standards.6. Administrative Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate records in all internal systems (attendance, reports, and schedules).Manage logistical needs such as instrument delivery, maintenance coordination, or session adjustments.Skills & Competencies Required :
