Firmware Engineer

We are hiring Power electronics, Embedded Firmware Design - Engineers / Sr Engineer for our R&D Centre based at

Noida (CRI). Experience- 3 to 12 Years Skill Set : Hands-on experience with designing, debugging, and testing of power converters, Hands on experience in16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers and architecture such as RISC, CISC, ARM, CORTEX, DSP. Hands on experience in software development tools (IDE and compilers) like Eclipse, Code Warrior, Keil, CCS, IAR, Familiarity with digital control theory and its implementation in high-frequency power conversion circuits with embedded microcontrollers (MCU, DSP). Excellent practical skills in using C, C++, Assembly, programming languages. Hands-on experience on various communication protocols like I2C / SPI / UART etc. Hands-on experience on firmware code development for BLDC motors, Analog & Digital sensors etc. Experience on Layered Software Architecture level code development. Strong hands-on experience coding TI (C2000 family), ST microelectronics, Renesas and Microchip DSPs and MCUs. Proficiency in using simulation and math software such as MATLAB / Simulink, with embedded coder. Having experience on small ML based learning models like classification, exploration etc. will be an added advantage. Experience in verification of firmware / software (e.g., processor in the loop, hardware in the loop, etc.) Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a member of a team. Technical design documentation Responsibilities : Lead detailed engineering analysis of new and existing designs to verify robustness and design intent and guide team members. As a technical lead, leads a team of researchers / Engineers to deliver electronics systems and solutions Manages the development of the technical resources including training, skills development etc. Lead code development of different peripheral libraries, application modules etc. Code, Debug, simulate and realize electronics systems with optimized software co-design Analyze & capture Internal / External customer, compliance (safety, EMI) and manufacturing requirement Specific Product Areas Air conditioners Refrigerator Washing Machine Kitchen equipment likes (Mixers, ICT, Water Heaters) Electronic Switches
