Job Title : Power BI Architect

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 8+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable BI solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL , experience building enterprise dashboards with Power BI , and a working knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate for end-to-end automation and app development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and architect end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Power Platform tools.
  • Develop data models, complex DAX calculations, and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and manage data pipelines using SQL , ensuring high performance and data integrity.
  • Integrate and automate workflows using Power Automate .
  • Develop low-code / no-code apps using PowerApps for internal business use cases.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on Power BI best practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in BI and analytics, with at least 4 years in Power BI development and architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
  • Expertise in building complex Power BI reports and dashboards with DAX and Power Query.
  • Proficiency with PowerApps and Power Automate for app creation and process automation.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft Certified : Power BI / Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Agile environments.
