We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into content that grabs attention, builds community, and drives engagement. You’ll own the brand’s presence across key platforms — creating strategies, leading execution, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sharp, platform-specific content strategy across , Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Craft high-impact, original content (copy, creatives, short-form video ideas) aligned with brand tone and business goals.
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling, and timely execution of campaigns and daily posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs / comments, and build a meaningful online community.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and optimize content based on data.
- Coordinate with design, video, marketing, and leadership teams for cohesive storytelling.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Must-Have Skills :
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands (ideally in B2B, startup, or lifestyle domains).Strong grasp of platform dynamics, content formats, and audience behavior across major channels.Excellent copywriting skills — you know how to write sharp, engaging captions that convert.Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer / Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Campaign Manager, etc.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt content strategy accordingly.A great eye for visuals, trends, and what makes content share-worthy.
