database management . This role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to drive project success and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership :

Lead a team of developers and oversee end-to-end project execution. Backend Development :

Design and develop robust applications using

Laravel

frameworks. Database Management :

Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and scalability. Cloud Management :

Implement and manage

services to support application infrastructure. CI / CD Pipelines :

Set up and maintain

CI / CD pipelines

to streamline the deployment process. Code Review and Quality Assurance :

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. Mentoring and Guidance :

Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment. Documentation and Reporting :

Maintain clear and concise technical documentation and project reports. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum of

8+ years

of relevant experience with

Laravel . Strong expertise in

database management

e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Proven experience with

services and cloud infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with

CI / CD pipelines

for efficient software deployment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a

UK shift

environment.
