Job Description :
- Maintaining books of Accounts
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all banking transactions
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Handling internal & external audit
- GST Compliance, return filing & payments
- Income tax (TDS) compliance, return filing & payments
- Preparation of Vouchers & Maintaining Petty Cash
- Preparing accounting provisions
- Preparation of financial MIS & presenting to management
- Submission of returns of GST & Income Tax
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Including Pivot, V lookup, Sum If, Ifs, Formatting, Filter & sorting formulas)
Job requirement :
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounts (in the service industry would be an added advantage)A degree in accounting or a similar fieldGood understanding of business accounting principles & practicesStrong math and analytical skillsAbility to work independentlyProficiency in MS Office, Tally & accounting software
