Role Overview :

Were looking for an AI Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end AI product development for global supply chain and retail transformation. This role requires managing R&D AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead AI projects from planning to deployment
• Build Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT integration)
• Develop and integrate deep learning and reinforcement learning models
• Own the full ML lifecycle : experimentation to monitoring
• Solve complex problems using sparse / incomplete datasets
• Keep abreast of AI research to drive innovation and IP generation
• Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of AI roadmaps

Mandatory Skills :

46 years of experience in at least 2 of the following :

1. Generative AI

2. Deep Learning

3. NLP

4. Computer Vision

5. Reinforcement Learning

6. AI Planning & Scheduling

Strong leadership in AI / ML product delivery

Solid understanding of project management for AI initiatives

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred) Knowledge of Dynamic Programming
