About the Role We are looking for a skilled

UI / UX Designer

with strong experience in designing business applications and ERP systems. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve user workflows, design intuitive interfaces, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centered enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Conduct

user flow and usability testing

to identify user pain points and gather actionable feedback. Analyze current workflows and recommend

UX enhancements

for business applications and ERP systems. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

for new features and product improvements. Develop and maintain

user personas, journeys, and process flows

to inform design decisions. Use

data and user research

to support design recommendations. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation and maintain

design consistency . Advocate for

user-centered design principles

across teams and stakeholders. Stay current with

UI / UX trends , tools, and best practices in enterprise software design.

Requirements 5+ years

of experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong focus on

business applications or ERP systems . Proficient in

Figma ,

Sketch ,

Adobe XD , or similar design tools. Solid understanding of

user-centered design principles

UX research methods . Experience creating

wireframes ,

prototypes , and working with

design systems . Strong ability to translate

complex business requirements

into clean, functional interfaces. Excellent

communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions.
