We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects and drive successful delivery for our U.S.-based teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities : planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, schedules, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs.
• Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain strong client communication and align expectations throughout the project.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Utilize project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate.
• Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and continuous enhancement.
