Risk and compliance analyst

The Compliance Analyst performs various functions related to client conflict checks, vendor risk management, and other compliance programs across the organization. This role also supports Compliance Team activities including identifying risks, determining plans for remediation, and actively participating in the development and adoption of the corporate policies, standards, controls and procedures across the global organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Research and run client conflict checks to validate and verify client matter documentation.
• Performs vendor risk assessments for net new and current vendors
• Supports external audits by identifying requirements, communicating deliverables needed, collecting data, tracking progress
• Support other Compliance Special Projects
