About the Role :
Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to lead our Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) modeling efforts. This role is key to accurately measuring the impact of each marketing channel and touchpoint on user conversions and business performance. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and data engineering teams to build attribution frameworks, optimize budget allocation, and enhance ROI measurement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement algorithmic attribution models to quantify the impact of various marketing touchpoints
- Apply statistical, probabilistic, and machine learning techniques to build MTA models incorporating online and offline signals
- Analyze large-scale marketing datasets including impressions, clicks, conversions, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to enhance channel efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct model validations using holdout experiments and out-of-sample testing to ensure reliability
- Automate model scoring and reporting pipelines for real-time attribution visibility
- Create clear documentation and intuitive dashboards to communicate insights and support strategic decisions
Must-Have Qualifications :
