Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing interview schedules. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an efficient and transparent experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in identifying and securing the best talent while positively representing LunaHire and our client companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a recruiter
• Tech savvy - using AI tools in the recruiment process
• Proficiency in recruiting strategies, sourcing, and scheduling interviews
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement and client collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple job roles and priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
