Job descriptionFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, VMWare, or OpenStack). Exposure to machine learning workflows or interest in AI technologies. Experience with containers (Docker) or orchestration (Kubernetes). Git / GitHub and CI / CD workflows. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Work with senior engineers to build and maintain backend services. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Contribute to technical discussions and help shape system design. Debug and resolve issues across the stack. Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams. Learn fast and take increasing ownership as you grow. We’re a venture-backed startup building cloud-native applications with advanced AI integration, and we’re looking for a Software Developer who’s eager to grow fast, work closely with experienced engineers, and make an impact from day one.
You’ll be working directly alongside a senior backend engineers and the founding team to build scalable infrastructure, AI-integrated features, and modern developer tools. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in backend development who wants to level up quickly in a dynamic, high-ownership environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid programming skills in Python , Go , or similar languages.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working on backend systems or cloud applications (personal or professional projects).
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when blocked.
