Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team onsite in India. This role will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our social media presence across global platforms, helping to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution. They will have a deep understanding of content formats, attention economics, and algorithm signals, as well as compliance considerations in regulated industries. This person should live and breathe social media, with a passion for creating engaging content and measuring performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of company social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to brief and optimize social-first assets.
• Refine thumbnails, hooks, captions, and posting strategies to maximize engagement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to keep strategies current and effective.
• Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate way.
• Ensure all social content meets brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.
