Lead and manage Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects
Meet with clients to determine business, func onal, and technical requirements and par cipate in applica on design, configura on, tes ng, and deployment.
Work closely with key stakeholders / project team to recommend and agree on technical solu ons to meet business requirements, solu on design, effort es ma on, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile prac ces.
Par cipate in Centre of Excellence ac vi es and internal product and applica on development.
Par cipate in the development of best prac ces, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data profiling.
Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshoo ng for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-toassistance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a broad range of emerging technology trends and iden fy opportuni es where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and compe ve advantage. Skills and Experience Required :
5+ years of implementa on experience on Salesforce and Force.com pla orms with at least 2 complete lifecycle Salesforce Biling implementa ons.
At least 2 years of experience of solu ons and designing applica ons on Salesforce Billing.
Experience on Salesforce Billing including Product Configura on, Order Management, Contract Management, Tax rule, Billing Rule, Rev Rec Rule, Legal En ty, Invoice Scheduler Invoicing, Revenue Recogni on, Report & Dashboard, Stripe Integra on, DocuSign, Avalara Tax Integra on.
Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce / LWC).
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM pla orm and suite of Salesforce products.
Ability to design and provide solu ons using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
Extensive knowledge of product configura on, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs.
Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ Price Waterfall methodology.
Proficiency in various CPQ func onali es like amendments, renewals, and order management.
Excellent project management skills.
Extensive experience in all phases of the Salesforce process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementa on Integra on & enhancement in Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, best prac ces, and deployment methodologies.
Proven experience in solu on design, effort es ma on, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile prac ces.
Excellent organiza onal, verbal, and wri en communica on skills.
