Position : Application Support Specialist - Marketo
Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Shift Timing : 4 : 30 AM - 1 : 30 PM IST
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with a strong focus on supporting Marketo and other marketing technology platforms. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, timely issue resolution, and data integrity across integrated cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end application support for Marketo, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS / cloud platform integrations
- Monitor and maintain data flows and integrations between marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Operate within an ITIL-aligned environment for incident, problem, and change Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in application support (with at least 4 years relevant to the role)
- Hands-on experience supporting Marketo in a production environment
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and cross-platform workflows
- Proficient in debugging, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Experience in structured environments following ITIL practices
- Familiarity with SaaS / Cloud-based platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service quality
