We’re Looking for a Software Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)

You won’t be “just writing code” — you’ll be helping shape a category-defining product .

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve cloud-native microservices powering our AI platform
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with strong engineering fundamentals
• Debug, optimise, and improve system reliability and performance
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, AI teams, and product teams
• Contribute to automation, developer tools, and engineering workflows
• Work on interesting technical problems across data, distributed systems, and real-time conversational flows
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions
• Own features end-to-end with guidance and mentorship
