Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a

highly experienced Structural Engineer or senior professional

to lead, design, and execute complex structural systems. You will work on vibration-sensitive structures, heavy-load-bearing systems, and cleanroom environments. India-specific knowledge of codes, materials, and execution practices is essential.

Experience in

semiconductor fabs

is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

structural design & analysis

for steel, concrete, and composite structures.

Design

vibration-isolated foundations

for precision equipment.

Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

Monitor

site execution , inspections, and audits.

Resolve

technical issues

related to load-bearing capacity, seismic resilience, and geotechnical challenges.

Coordinate with

consultants, contractors, and client teams

for smooth execution.

Track project progress, maintain

documentation , and support reporting to leadership.

Drive

value engineering initiatives

to optimize cost and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering ( M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred )

10+ years in structural engineering , with 7+ years in high-tech or industrial facility construction

Knowledge of Indian

construction codes, labor laws, and environmental regulations

Familiarity with

cleanroom construction, seismic design, and geotechnical engineering

Technical Skills

BIM360, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla Structures

Ability to interpret

structural drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
