About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join C2treds as VP – Operations (Sales Strategy). This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate comes from a B2 B sales or consulting background, has transitioned into operations, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth : Partner with leadership to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with C2treds’ business and revenue goals.
• Sales Operations Excellence : Build and optimize sales processes, performance tracking, and forecasting models to enable scalable growth.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with sales, credit, compliance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer onboarding efficiency.
• Performance Management : Set KPIs, monitor progress, and implement improvement frameworks to ensure operational success and profitability.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including regulatory bodies, clients, and senior leadership—to ensure alignment and operational compliance.
• Process & Governance : 6. Stakeholder & Governance Management : Build strong governance frameworks that promote operational discipline and risk management.
