Job Title : Customer Service / Coordinator
Job Profile :
As a Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless
customer experience by :
Providing accurate data and guidance to customers and service centers to
facilitate case resolution and closure.
Managing reports and maintaining MIS (Management Information System) for
ongoing calls, queries, and support processes.
Addressing customer and service center calls, queries, and emails with solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Candidate Criteria :
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements :
Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
Location : Must be based in Mumbai.
Skills :
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
