1. Years of Experience : 10+years Job Requirements Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. Mechanical, Solid Works, AutoCAD 2. 3. Technical Skills : Computer skills, Analytical thinking, Problem-solving, Creativity, Communication, Attention to detail, Collaboration Key Responsibilities : 1. Designing new products : Creating new products and improving existing ones 2. Prototyping : Developing test prototypes and researching new materials 3. Analyzing data : Testing products under various conditions and analyzing the data 4. Troubleshooting : Identifying and fixing problems 5. 6. Writing reports : Creating product manuals and reports for clients and project managers Ensuring quality : Making sure products meet quality requirements and adhere to production schedules and costs 7. 8. Following processes : Ensuring that engineering processes are followed Constantly modifying designs until the best version is reached
