Role & Responsibilities :
- Define and implement ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Integrate monitoring alerts into ServiceNow workflows.
- Ensure ServiceNow CMDB and business service mapping is aligned.
- Drive RCA and continuous improvement from observability data.
- Act as a process SME during tool integration and automation sprints.
Skills Required :
6–9 years in ITSM roles, including process leadership.Strong ServiceNow experience – Incident, CMDB, Event Management.Understanding of monitoring tools and integration patterns.Process mapping and workflow design expertise.ITIL certification preferred.
