Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and optimize all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and productivity. You will be responsible for managing production processes, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining budget control and operational efficiency.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for Traction division based in Vadodara, India

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Leading operational excellence by ensuring HSE compliance, maintaining high safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Overseeing quality assurance and compliance by ensuring adherence to ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Managing factory operations including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards and on-time delivery performance.
• Preparing and managing the annual production budget, monitoring financial performance, and implementing corrective actions to ensure operations remain within budget and resource constraints.
• Building and developing high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Driving inventory optimization by managing material flow, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and ensuring optimal stock levels to support production needs.
