WE ARE HIRING : Customer Support Executive

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location :

On-site – Jalandhar, Punjab (Candidates from Jalandhar or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. We are looking for 4-5 candidates. Freshers are welcome)

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with product information, order status, and general queries.
Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Guide customers on product usage and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

Based in or willing to relocate to Jalandhar, Punjab .

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi .

A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in customer support and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. FRESHERS are also welcome
