We're looking for a self-starter, someone who's motivated, can take ownership of tasks, and work autonomously to get things done. Reach out to us to learn more about our start-up organization based out of LA, USA.

Role : Sr. / Lead Blockchain Engineer

Role type : Full time

Location : Permanent WFH

Compensation : Competitive salary, Equity / tokens included.

Experience and skills :

Has 3+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company with examples of shipping product expeditiously
Someone who can design, run, and deploy smart contracts in Solidity, Go or Rust
Expert in blockchain technology and architectures (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, etc.)
Someone who can architect a system e.g. in Node.js or Django; comfortable architecting backend schemas, APIs, storage and retrieval layers.
Familiarity with building distributed systems; Docker, Kubernetes
Taking ownership of developing and releasing new features
Managing technical team members and interview new ones

Nice to have :

Has a keen interest in Web 3.0, NFTs, and the role these technologies will play in the years to come

Has a keen interest in music tech

Communicates well - strong written and verbal is a must

Can be autonomous - you can juggle a lot of different things and manage your time well

Comfortable with ambiguity - startups are unpredictable

Detail-oriented - you're known to think through every possible scenario
