KWA Analytics is a global consulting firm delivering expert services across the trade lifecycle for clients in energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset / investment management. We are expanding our India operations and seeking someone to lead our support and DevOps functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence for our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the India-based operations team responsible for day to day Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring for Openlink Endur / Findur implementations.
- Oversee incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
- Collaborate with global teams and clients to align operational strategies with business goals and SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation where feasible.
- Ensure robust documentation practices, including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Support pre-sales and RFP processes by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Mentor and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Manage resource planning, hiring, and talent pipeline development to support current and future project needs.
Required Skill and Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT consulting, support, or operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Lead Operations capacity.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur / Findur (v14 or higher preferred)Strong understanding of the energy and commodity trading domain , with exposure to at least one of the following : Oil, Gas, Power, Emissions, or Coal .Proven experience in leading Support or DevOps teams, preferably in a client-facing consulting environment.Familiarity with Openlink technical components such as Open JVS, Open Components, TPM, and Report Builder is a plus.Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and system integration points.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global delivery model.Professional Attributes
