ERPNext Developer – Material Management Module

Location : Bhopal / WFO

Experience Required : 5+ Years in ERPNext Development

Domain : E-Governance

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize the Material Management module in ERPNext to include :

• Master Data Management : Material items, vendor profiles, tax codes, and category structures.
• Procurement Lifecycle : Demand creation, RFQs, quotation comparison, purchase requisition, service / work orders.
• Invoice Management : Auto-generation of invoices from POs, enabling vendor self-invoicing via portal / mobile.
• Approval Workflows : Multi-level approvals for demand, PR, work orders, and service entry sheets.
• Vendor Payments : Integration with payment systems for timely disbursal.

Design and implement role-based access for companies employees, administrators, and  vendors

Create MIS dashboards and real-time reports :

Ensure seamless integration with :

Adhere to public procurement guidelines, security standards, and compliance norms.
