Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding client requirements (Consult with managers to discover staff requirements
and specific job objectives.)
Finding candidates as per clients requirements and fostering long-term relationships
Creating new recruitment strategies (Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates)
Post jobs on res. portals viz, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn and Timesjobs.
By employing recruiting methods - attract candidates, screen them and match them on their
experience and interest to appropriate positions.
Identify right candidates with required Skills set & Experience.
Evaluate and screen resumes.
Take Telephonic round of candidates before sending them to client for interview, Brief them
about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
Line up shortlisted candidates for Interview Rounds with the client & filtering candidates.
Handle the tasks of managing job offer process and negotiating salary structure as well as
finalize arrangements between candidates and client.
Take various follow-ups of the candidates at different stages of recruitment process Shortlisting, Offer made, After joining making sure that the candidate is satisfied with his job role and current
organisation.
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
