Human resources intern

Your day-to-day will include :

Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Communicating with applicants about openings, status updates, and next steps.

Maintaining and updating recruitment and employee databases.

Assisting with onboarding new hires and preparing their documentation.

Supporting employee engagement activities and bringing in fresh ideas to strengthen our workplace culture.

Helping plan and execute training and development programs that keep our teams growing.

Qualifications

Must be a recent graduate or postgraduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration)

Prior internship or basic exposure to recruitment will be an advantage
