Role Summary :

We are looking for a AM Sales who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility.

Product Line : Packaging Machinery

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieving order booking and invoicing targets monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis for the given region.
• Develop region-wise business plan and sales strategy for the market in alignment with business objectives.
• B2B Sales of Blister and Cartooning Machine for the Pharmaceutical domain.
• Strong domain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Manage region and individual performances.
• Manage team members for effective coverage of given area and industry segments. setting up KRAs for them, ensure proper training for them to deliver the expectations.
• Identify hiring needs, select & train new salespeople.
• Monthly submission of all sales related reports and timely action to prevent shortfall on targets given.
• Preparation of Visit reports on every visit for self and ensuring same from team members.
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales.
• Create pipeline for future business.
• Analyse the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects for self and team members in your region.
• Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Coordination for participation in exhibitions in the region.
• Follow company culture policy.
