Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

This is a full-time, on-site position for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) across all subjects at DPS Ludhiana. The role demands experienced and dedicated educators capable of inspiring senior school students through effective teaching practices, academic mentorship, and value-based education.

The PGT will be responsible for driving academic excellence, preparing students for board examinations, and equipping them with analytical and life skills necessary for higher education and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver comprehensive, concept-driven lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes.
• Design curriculum plans and assessments that challenge students and encourage higher-order thinking.
• Mentor students in academic and personal growth, preparing them for board examinations and competitive assessments.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies, including case studies, research projects, and experiential learning.
• Regularly assess student performance, maintain academic records, and share feedback constructively.
• Coordinate with academic heads and subject coordinators for curriculum enrichment and evaluation.
• Promote the integration of technology in classroom teaching to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom discipline, uphold institutional values, and ensure an inspiring, learner-centric atmosphere.
• Participate in school events, faculty development programs, and parent interactions to strengthen school-community engagement.
