Key Responsibilities :
1. Research and analyzing competitors, market trends and industry development to find new business possibilities.
2. Generating leads through raw google search, , Data analytic, networking or other methods and qualifying potential clients to make sure they align with our company’s contributions.
3. To meet sales target, present the company’s pharmaceutical product and service to prospective clients and negotiating terms.
4. To ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction secure building and maintaining strong long-term relationship with clients and partners by converting the leads into our clients.
5. Optimizing sales by working closely with marketing, sales and product teams to align strategies.
6. Tracking progress and customer order from the time of placement to delivery to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
7. Monitoring customer payments to ensure all invoices are precise and payments are received on time.
8. Make daily calls to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns and updating about new pharmaceutical products and company news.
9. As a one point of contact, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensure seamless experience from initial request to final delivery.
