Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (2 days from office, 3 days from home)

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (India Time)

Collaboration : Directly with Decathlon France Team

Experience : 4–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Authorization Expert to join our SAP Authorisations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and operating all SAP authorization solutions across a global environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams, ensuring compliance, smooth operations, and continuous improvements within the authorization landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of SAP authorization applications, including support and crisis management.
• Implement action plans for audit findings and compliance improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP authorization team.
• Support technical and functional teams in resolving authorization-related incidents and issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and correct authorization gaps, risks, and incidents.
• Help upskill and mentor team members on SAP authorization processes and best practices.
• Work in an Agile / Scrum squad following the model : “You build it, you run it.”
