Senior IT Support Specialist – Full-Time, Onsite (Mumbai, India)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Department : Digital & IT

Experience : Minimum 5 Years

Reports To : Global CTO (based abroad)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role plays a key part in supporting from remote our offices in the Mediterranean region and occasionally in Hong Kong. We’re looking for someone with strong IT fundamentals, proven experience in remote support, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global setup.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support via remote desktop, email, and chat
Resolve technical issues related to software, networking, and enterprise applications
Become a power user of Oracle NetSuite and Delfoi planning software (training provided)
Troubleshoot and manage service requests using ITSM tools
Leverage AI tools such as CoPilot and ChatGPT Premium to improve response time and quality
Collaborate with global IT teams across time zones for smooth support handoffs
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Assist with IT onboarding / offboarding and maintain inventory records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field from a leading Indian university

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT end-user support in a corporate environment

Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 suite

Experience with enterprise tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Comfortable working during CET and Israel time zones

Note : Technical skills will be tested in a real-case, time-bound interview with camera and screen recording

Work Environment

Onsite role at our Mumbai office (next to Lower Parel train station)

Working hours mainly aligned with IST and CET / Israel business days

Rare support requests may occur on Hong Kong time
