Job Description :

• 8+ years on ServiceNow with leadership in legal service delivery implementations.
• Expertise in technical design and architecture for ServiceNow legal workflows.
• Ability to lead workshops, requirement sessions, and mentor developers."CAD certification and ITIL 4.
• Experience in integrated projects with HR, IT, or compliance teams.
• Exposure to automation and AI capabilities."
• Strong experience in customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
• Ownership of best practices for testing, QA, and risk mitigation."
