Overview

• The Recruitment Manager is a critical leadership role requiring 8 to 12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year+ of relevant experience as an Assistant Manager (AM) on paper or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Based in Airoli (6 days' Work from Office), this role is essential for driving high-volume, frontline, and agent-based hiring, often supporting an international process with shifts ranging from 1 PM 10 PM (General & UK shifts).
• The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team, managing vendor relationships, and achieving aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a high on-time fill rate.
