Week Offs : Need to Flexible of week off (Sunday fixed off and 1 rostered off from Monday to Saturday).
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
NOTE :
We need full time graduates only with good communication and should be comfortable for Work from Office (Ghaziabad).
Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
Job Description :
Effectively executes calls of customers
Resolves query / issues as per deliverables outlined
Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met
Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed
Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization to meet quality standards.
