Description :
As the Associate Director - Ad Operations, you will architect and drive the strategic evolution of Wheelseyes fulfillment and field operations engine, keeping Customer Experience as the central point. You are expected to proactively identify structural bottlenecks and inefficiencies in scaling operations and build scalable systems and frameworks to deliver customer excellence (SLA), technician productivity, and operational cost-efficiency. This is a proactive leadership role demanding high ownership, execution intelligence, cross-functional influence, and a future-ready mindset.
Key Responsibilities (Qualitative) :
A. Strategy, Design & Proactive Scaling of ops function for better Customer Experience
- Identify bottlenecks in the current fulfillment engine by analyzing historical data, field friction, and organizational blind spots- Datapoints, analysis, and actioning around the Daily Active Technician Plan vs actual
- Design and implement a 10X scalable operations model, including fulfilment flows, team structures, and tech integrations.
- Institutionalize early warning systems and dashboards to predict and prevent operational lapses.
B. Process Engineering & Problem Solving
Create efficient, structured processes, SOP's, and internal control systems that reduce field dependency and increase the predictability of the system.Champion digital transformation across fulfilment and certification loops using tech-product partnerships.C. Capacity Creation & Workforce Structuring
Build capacity models for technician bandwidth across geographies and product lines (Eg : Wrong technician placement : location-wise Excess / Shortfall, % Efficiency-Manhours worked per day).Create a tiered capability ladder for installers (e.g., Level 1, Level 2 tech) to manage product complexity and growth rather than treating all as the same and uniform.D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product and Tech teams to define ops-friendly flows for device activation, app journeys, diagnostics, and installer support.Drive collaborative quarterly planning with Sales, Finance, and HR to align hiring, volume, cost, and customer delivery expectations.E. Governance & Compliance
Oversee execution and compliance for AIS-140 certifications, top-ups, e-SIM renewal, and government projects.Drive automation and digital KYC to reduce manual errors and delays.(ref : iimjobs.com)
