Senior Full Stack Developer - React.js / NestJS / Express.js

Job Title : Senior Fullstack Developer (React.js + NestJS / ExpressJS)

Location : Mumbai

Job Type : Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using React.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, modern, and accessible UI components.
• Lead and manage React.js version upgrades and maintain codebase consistency.
• Architect and implement frontend applications using MVVM and backend using MVC patterns.
• Create and maintain scalable component libraries using Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with efficient client-server communication.
• Ensure test coverage and code quality using Jest for both frontend and backend code.
• Manage and optimize SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Ensure robust state management in React applications using Redux, Zustand, or Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 4+ years of fullstack development experience using React.js and Node.js / NestJS.
• Strong proficiency in state management libraries : Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
• Deep understanding of MVC and MVVM architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and other UI frameworks.
• Experience converting UI designs from Figma into live, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Strong understanding of React.js lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to handle React.js upgrades in production applications.
• Solid experience in building scalable backend services with NestJS.
• Proficient in writing unit / integration tests with Jest.
• Expertise in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with GitHub, PR workflows, and CI / CD to Have :
• Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Familiarity with building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of API security, caching, and performance tuning.
