Intellectt Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in Bench Sales across Medical Devices, Pharma, and Engineering staffing domains . This role is strictly for a BDM with existing, active client / vendor contacts — not someone looking to build a fromscartch.
We already have an abundant bench of deployable, highly skilled consultants . What we need is a seasoned closer who can bring live job requirements and generate revenue by leveraging pre-existing, strong relationships with MSPs, SOWs, or direct clients contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your existing book of clients / vendors / MSPs to bring immediate bench sales opportunities.
- Submit and place internal bench consultants (Medical Devices, Pharma, Engineering).
- Handle full sales lifecycle : from requirement intake to candidate submittal to closure .
- Coordinate closely with internal recruiters for rapid turnarounds.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current contacts for repeat business.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Bench Sales or BDM roles (Medical Devices / Pharma / Engineering staffing only).Must have active, working client or vendor contacts who provide job requirements.Proven track record of placements and revenue generation through existing relationships.Deep knowledge of contract staffing models , rate negotiations, and VMS / MSP operations.Ability to start generating interviews and submittals within the first month.Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.Not a Fit If You :

5+ years in Bench Sales / BDM roles within staffing, focused on Medical Device / Pharma / Engineering .Proven track record of bringing new clients (not just warm leads).Strong understanding of contract staffing, submittal cycles, and rate negotiations.Must have immediate active contactsFamiliarity with SOW / MSP environments is a must.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
