Merchandiser - Export House

We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our Export House, specializing in leather hard goods. This role requires expertise in product familiarity, strong negotiation skills, and efficient coordination throughout the production and sampling process to ensure buyer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Familiar with product and possess experience in leather hard goods (preferred).
• Execute production plan as per target given.
• Negotiate PO details (Price / Sw / Qty.) with the Buyer.
• Develop samples according to buyer requirements and ensure production is exactly as per approved samples .
• Coordinate with the buying team / buyer for approvals.
• Possess knowledge for testing (product & transit test).
• Prepare Barcode carton marking / tags as per buyer manual, send for approval, and then order bulk printing.
• Able to prepare production tracker (shared on weekly bases).
• Able to prepare inspection plan and offer accordingly.
• Able to get approval for final shipment after inspection.
