Job descriptionPersonalize outreach via Linked In, phone, and email to engage multiple decision-makers (CEOs, Heads of Sales, IT Directors etc.) Collaborate with Account Executives to set up qualified demos and ensure a smooth handoff Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in Hub Spot CRM Experiment with new messaging and channels to improve conversion rates 1–3 years of experience in B2 B Saa S outbound sales, ideally selling to North American markets Proven track record in cold calling and pipeline generation Exceptional communication skills — you can confidently hold conversations with senior-level prospects Self-starter mindset with high ownership and resilience Comfortable working in U. S. time zones and collaborating with global teams
We are Hiring for Sales Development Representative from SAAS company based out in Bangalore.
Responsibilities : -
- Own the outbound pipeline generation — 100% outbound motion focused on new business in the North American market
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale, distribution,and manufacturing sectors
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to prospects and initiate meaningful sales
