What We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years of solid HRBP / Generalist experience
• Handled PAN India workforce (Sales + Branch + Operations)
• Strong grip on statutory compliance, attendance & payroll operations
• Experience with HRMS, PMS & HR digitization initiatives
• Confident with data, insights & conversations that matter

Willingness to travel regularly to key regions
