The Opportunity :
We’re looking for a driven and customer-oriented Client Implementation Specialist to lead and manage product implementation for key clients. You will be the single point of contact (POC) for the client, ensuring seamless communication, documentation, and coordination between their stakeholders and our internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering customer success in complex healthcare technology environments.
What You will do :
- Own client onboarding and project execution : Liaise with the client from kickoff to go-live, documenting detailed requirements, timelines, expectations, and risks.
- Become a product expert : Rapidly learn the DocPulse platform, its capabilities, and typical use cases to confidently speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bridge between client and internal teams : Act as the communication conduit between the client and DocPulse’s tech, support, and product teams. Ensure clarity and consistency in all shared requirements and deliverables.
- Drive ongoing client communication : Maintain clear, proactive communication with the client via meetings, emails, and calls. Set expectations and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Showcase customizations and solutions : Clearly present the work done by DocPulse, especially customizations tailored to client needs, and guide clients on how to use them effectively.
- Handle multiple projects : Be able to juggle multiple client projects at different stages with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Support documentation and training : Assist in preparing end-user documentation, SOPs, or training materials as needed.
- Ensure high client satisfaction : Identify risks early, manage escalations calmly, and work closely with internal teams to ensure resolution.
